Take a fitness test…

 

However, they do encourage you to set your level by taking a fitness test first which is a 20-minute maximum exertion test that they call a UPF test. Don’t be too put off by your initial results; though it gives a representation of fitness level, there is a knack to doing these tests and, with practice at the technique of actually maintaining the effort, you will do better.

 

To complete the loop and bring your outdoor rides into the equation, you can also download the BKool app to your mobile phone or use a Garmin or Polar head unit to record your outdoor rides and then transfer them onto the BKool website, which becomes a one stop shop to record and monitor all of your training, outdoor or indoor.
