Gregario officially launches VERA, the world’s first custom-made carbon monocoque bicycle frame. After its concept debut at EUROBIKE 2023, VERA is now available to order both as a complete bike and as a frame kit.

VERA represents a revolution in cycling. It is a bespoke integral monocoque frame, made entirely to measure for each rider. Thanks to Gregario’s patented variable geometry mould technology, every frame is produced as a single piece; without joints, glue, or compromise. Moreover, this innovative process combines advanced composite engineering with Italian craftsmanship, thereby redefining what it means to ride a truly personalised performance bike.
Beyond Frame Sizes: Precision Tailored to the Cyclist
Traditional carbon frames come in standard sizes that often force riders into compromise. However, Gregario eliminates this limitation with VERA’s total custom-made approach. Every frame is designed around your unique biomechanics; geometry, angles, and lengths customised to the millimetre.
In addition, the innovation continues with the Digital Sizing by Gregario web app – an AI-powered tool – that uses neural networks and computer vision to perform precise sizing remotely via smartphone. Consequently, cyclists can achieve an exact fit without needing to visit a studio in person.
Once the sizing process is complete, the final fitting perfects the riding position, either with your trusted bike fitter or at an official Gregario partner centre. As a result, every detail is fine-tuned for maximum comfort, efficiency, and performance.
VERA AR: Aero-Road Performance Meets Personalisation
The VERA AR is Gregario’s first complete bike, carefully designed for speed and aerodynamic efficiency. Furthermore, every curve and contour of the frame is the result of CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) analysis, which optimises airflow around both the bike and the rider. Ultimately, this leads to improved aerodynamics, smoother performance, and a faster, more efficient ride.
