Canyon Ultimate CF SLX 7.0

We have a new bike on test: the Canyon Ultimate CF SLX 7.0. Its Canyon’s top of the range non-aero frame kitted out with the cost effective Shimano Ultegra groupset.

Having already looked at Canyon in some detail over the last few months, and having featured the new Ultimate CF SLX frame previously, we knew it would be a big deal when we came to review this Canyon Ultimate CF SLX 7.0. For some reason everyone loves Canyon and the response we get to articles on their bikes is huge; we are keen to find out why…
