inevitably, slightly grey despite regular washing off of the worst of the road debris. The shoes still look very smart and are still white enough to look best with tanned, toned legs.

Numerous riders had raved about the previous SiDi Ergo 2 model and so rather than anything radically different this shoe simply built on the success of that model. The main change was the addition of a new sole. This is SiDi’s Vent carbon sole, developed specifically for the Ergo 3 shoe. As you’d expect with any top end shoe its impressively light and stiff with a rock solid feeling when accelerating, sprinting or climbing out of the saddle.

The Vent Carbon Sole was developed with Pro feedback and Sidi made a big deal out of the fact that this sole has had flex engineered into it to aid comfort during longer riders. Their
