Tires for off road are are a Racing Ralph on the front, and a Planet-X Uncle John on the rear. It’s a combo that I have found works well on the local tracks.

I’ve currently got a Cannondale C2 seatpost that has a very small amount of flex in it. I originally had a FSA SLK post but the Cannondale item seems to work better.

A Prologo Scratch Ti2 saddle, some older FSA SLK pro cranks, with 46*34 chain rings, Shimano 5800 gearset, TRP cx 9.0 V-Brakes that are more than adequate – I have been able to out brake mtb riders with discs – with Swissstop pads on the front; I need to switch the rears at some point.

Pedals usually I have some Shimano Spds for off-road that I switch for Ultegra Spd-r for road use… I use Bont cycling shoes, so there is very little stack difference.

Other stuff includes FSA compact bars in 440mm width, a 110m specialized comp stem set to -12º, a SRAM outfront Garmin mount, a Fizik seat post grime stopper, and finally a Lezyne bottle cage that has a grip like a Catalan on a 10 euro note 😉

As way of a clarification, I’ve paid for the frame, and I have not received any monetary gains from any of the companies who’s parts I use.
