Virtual Training Camp
ROUVY Launches New Winter Virtual Training Camp With Visma/Lease‑a‑Bike and Lidl‑Trek
Virtual Training Camp unveiled by ROUVY, the indoor cycling app that lets riders experience real routes from around the world. The Virtual Training Camp has been designed to kickstart 2026 training plans and keep cyclists motivated throughout the colder months. The new programme blends team‑developed training plans from Visma/Lease‑a‑Bike and Lidl‑Trek with Europe’s most iconic pro training destinations, including Calpe, Tenerife and Girona.

The three‑month Virtual Training Camp runs from December to February and offers focused training plans from Visma/Lease‑a‑Bike and Lidl‑Trek. Riders can choose short, intense plans or longer base‑building programmes. They can also join virtual group rides with Visma/Lease‑a‑Bike. As a result, cyclists of all levels can train like professionals.
Train Like a Pro on Real Routes
Base Builder – Visma/Lease‑a‑Bike (12 Weeks)
This plan builds strong aerobic fitness. It includes thirty-nine structured workouts. The programme follows modern training methods as used by top riders. Could this be what you need to prepare for a strong spring performance?

Increase Your FTP With Lidl‑Trek (4 Weeks)
This shorter plan targets threshold and speed. It suits advanced riders who want to increase their FTP. The sessions progress each week to boost power and confidence.
Both plans link directly to routes in Calpe, Tenerife and Girona. This creates a complete winter training system.

Ride Europe’s Most Iconic Training Roads
The winter camp highlights Europe’s most famous training destinations. Many professional cyclists visit these regions each winter for warm weather and tough terrain.
December: Calpe
Calpe offers six new routes. These include Coll de Rates and Vall d’Ebo. The area has become a major winter base for pro teams.
January: Tenerife
Tenerife adds eight new routes. Riders can climb the volcanic roads of Pico del Teide. The month also features Lidl‑Trek livestream rides. In addition, ROUVY will launch a new virtual Trek bike and team jersey.
February: Girona
The camp ends in Girona. Riders can explore four new routes across Girona and the Costa Brava. The region offers rolling terrain and technical descents used by many pros.
