MyWhoosh $1,000,000 Championship Races!

The MyWhoosh Championship races are almost here. If you want a chance to win a cut of the $1,000,000 prize, you need to get your registration in before the 17th April!

With the rise of the smart-trainer and the virtual worlds they allow us to inhabit, it was inevitable that racing would take place. As cyclists it’s not enough to be able to ride up Alpe de Huez while never leaving our garage: we have to beat someone else up there! So virtual racing has become a thing, with some competitors never racing in the real world. Some because of concerns over safety, others because they can’t get to the start. And if you’re racing then there has to be a prize, yes? And if you want to race for a prize, what’s more attractive than the MyWhoosh Championship $1,000,00 prize pot?

Virtual world racing at the MyWhoosh Championship

So the team at MyWhoosh have come up with an eight-day, seven-stage race, the MyWhoosh Championship. This will be running from April 28-May 5 and is open to 260 riders, split equally between male and female riders.
