C Originals to Launch 2014 Helmet Range at the Cycle Show

C Originals are an interesting brand. Like Trigon in frame manufacturing, they have been making helmets for other well known brands for over 20 years but in recent years the company decided to invest in their own branding and helmet line. They will be officially launching their latest range of head gear at the Cycle Show including the U2 and the SV888, priced £99.99 each, which debuted this year during the Pearl iZumi Tour Series as part of the team equipment worn by team Spin Rotor Primal C Originals.

The Spin Rotor Primal C Originals team have enjoyed their first season riding on the British professional road cycling scene, including the Tour Series and the British Cycling Premier Calendar Road Race series, against the very best cycling talent in the country. The majority of riders at this level are fully fledged professionals, whilst the Spin Rotor Primal C Originals team all balance racing with full-time employment.

C Originals will have one of the Spin Rotor Primal C Originals team riders on the stand over the weekend and visitors can try on the new range of carbon fibre insert and in-mould technology helmets. These latest lids are representative of the advancements made in their helmet manufacturing process, with lightweight and well ventilated helmets, with sealed comfort pads and a one hand dial rear retention operating system.

Also new are the SG1 sunglasses, priced £39.99. Black frames with smoked, anti-scratch, interchangeable lenses that offer 100% UV protection. An adjustable nose with metal core make these glasses flexible enough for any shape or size to wear. C Originals are currently offering a pair of free sunglasses as worn by the team with every SV888 team helmet purchased.

See the range at the NEC Cycle Show from Friday 27th until Sunday 29th September 2013.
