US based cyclo-crosser and cross country mountain biker, Dan Saunders, wants a Cat Eye Stealth 50 GPS ANT+ Cycling Computer CC-GL50 available in the UK from ZYRO. The Stealth 50 is designed for competitive cyclists, featuring that all important GPS, allowing you to collect, then upload your ride data to your favourite website; plus you can link it to all of your existing ANT+ power, heart rate and cadence sensors. Though the computer unit on its own is £99.99 or $150, the cost for the full package that includes the heart rate strap and speed/cadence sensor is £179.99 in the UK, whilst Dan can expect to pay $200.

He also has his eye on some Oakley shades, though he concedes that he’s not fussy; either a set of Flak Jacket, Fast Jacket, or even the Half Jacket. The Fast Jacket XL combines a host of features such as Switchlock Technology that allows for fast changes of a wide range of impact resistant, Plutonium lenses, with tints for every type of condition, that incorporate HDO and XYZ Optic technologies to help you see clearly. There’s even a version for those of us who need prescription lenses. No cyclist is going to complain if a pair of Oakleys are unwrapped on Christmas Day, so it’s a safe bet if you are struggling with what to get the rouleur in your life… However, they are not cheap, with the Fast Jacket costing £190 or $220.

Dan would also like to get his mitts on some Lizard Skins bar tape; in orange preferably in case you were wondering… We’re not surprised that Dan wants some of this, as we still have some on test here and are big fans – it just feels so good in the hand! It’ll cost Dan $39-00 and is available in the UK via 2Pure for £28-00.
