New Dynamo USB Charging System For Road Bike Launch In Kickstarter
EP-Charger Road Bike Electronic Gadget Ultimate Power Source
Perth, Australian – A road cyclist and also an engineer officially launch a kickstarter campaign on 13th of March 2017 for a road bike USB charging system named EP-Charger.
We all love to bring our smart phone along when it comes to cycling. Either uses it for take photos, videos or simply use it for navigation. It doesn’t take long for the battery bar on the smart phone goes to the red zone. Then you start to look for an outlet to top-up your smart-phone.
Introducing the EP- Charger a new bicycle dynamo USB charging system specially designs for road bike user. EP-Charger only weights 170g, which is equivalent to the weight of a smart-phone. It is water resistant, compact, all made out of aluminium alloy 6061.
However lightweight doesn’t comprise power, it can produce 2000mA @5V (10W) of output power when cycling at and above 24kmph(most road bike cyclist can hit that speed easily). That’s plenty of power to keep your smart-phone and other electronic gadget such as gps, camera, built in battery light in top-up condition.
The founder Charles Liu who spent the past two years to refine the EP-Charger design in such way so it can be easily install on a road bike. “I always wanted to keep all my electronic gadgets charged while I’m on the road with a bike” said Charles. “It is quite challenge to make a dynamo system so light, powerful, compact, and without sacrifice the look of the road bike”.
The project will go live on 13th of March 2017. Here is the link: Dynamo USB Charging System on Kickstarter
