Morvélo CityCross 3 – Leading out the Grand Depart this summer

The latest round of the unique and exciting CityCross race series will take place in Leeds, and to welcome online entries the organsiers have filmed this little taster of what to expect.

 
Oli and Dave say, “CityCross is a new format we created last year to mix up all that we love about bike racing. The explosiveness of BMX, the close combat of cyclocross, the speed of road, the obstacles from MTB. Mixed together in an urban environment, with great atmosphere, awesome food, award winning coffee & beer, music and racing for all ages and abilities.
 
“CityCross 3 takes over the city centre location of Holbeck Urban Village on Saturday 14th June and will be a more concrete course than the previous rounds. Think of it as an urban criterium meets cyclocross race. There will still be cobbles to rattle over, berms to rail around, barriers to hurdle, alleys to negotiate and beer hand-ups to grab. In other words, a whole lot of fun!”
 
Entries are open and are strictly limited to 400.
